I am currently on vacation and I am trying to log my indoor/virtual recovery rides. The calendar doesn’t seem to count all of my manually created workouts. Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong? I would like these rides to count toward my fatigue/fitness.
Week as is (Notice the sum of the load for the week)
Week with a workout moved to today (noticed how the sum of the load changes for the week)
Here is my fitness graph (notice how the only workout to affect the graph is today’s, but I think tomorrow that will disappear):
