Tried to import my polar flow data. But It only imported the last 6 weeks. How can I import all my data? Actuall the Activities are importet by dont show up in the calendar and they are not used for the CTL calculation?
Hello, it worked now. But for this first 6 weeks all runnings appeared twice. Do I have to check this checkboxes that it imports the polar data automatically?
If you check the Download Activities box, future activities will automatically be imported. You can filter per activity type.
The other box for Wellness data will download the metrics that are selected. Click the pencil icon to modify.
If you don’t have any wellness info in Polar, keep it unchecked.
