Polar data import fail

Hi there
New user here.
I’m trying to sync all my data from my Polar account. I have followed all the instructions but it seems the link I copy from the “Download” button off the Polar website is buggy, because when I paste and click “ok”, I get the green pop-up saying that the data is being processed and imported, but then the email that comes through says that only a few of the activities have been imported and gives various errors. I have tried a few times, and it seems that it has imported data up until the end of Nov '17, then nothing.

Anything else I can try to import the data?
