Intervals.icu is getting connect timeouts on all calls. Webhooks seem to be working so no activities will be lost, only delayed.
Look likes my message to their support isn’t going to get anyone woken up to investigate:
We are currently experiencing a high amount of contacts, so unfortunately our response time is longer than usually. Rest assured we are getting through the list as fast as possible on a first-come first-served basis. Polar did get back to me quickly and have resolved the issue. The queue of wellness updates will take a little while to clear but all activities have been processed.
Occasionally I have an issue with wellness data coming back to Intervals - even if watch is synced with Polar Flow, nothing appears in the Intervals, so it takes several refreshes or repeated Polar syncs to populate. I wonder - can you make a button to force pull wellness data from Polar (if it didn’t get any fresh updates recently)?
And one more, quick one - Polar’s “readiness” is on scale 1 to 6 - is that the same for other sources for “readiness” value or is it different depending on the platform?
A poll is done the first time you visit the calendar page each day and if you untick and then re-tick the “Download wellness” checkbox on Polar in /settings/connections. If you do not see data then it is likely it hasn’t synced from your watch to Polar’s cloud service.
The readiness score is used “as is” so it does depend on the platform.
Great, thanks for the clarification! toggling “Download wellness” checkbox is a good workaround - this is not needed too often
And appreciate clarification about readiness - non-normalized data will create issues for those new AI platforms unless developers will take care to scale value properly themselves…
