Does anyone know if it’s possible to plot a torque curve for an activity or generally? I’m looking to see if there is a correlation between a specific torque and good power output, which would let me target my most effective torque range (and Cadence) for longer threshold efforts.

I’ve been looking for a similar feature. Just a way to view a duration curve for more than just power. Should be fairly easy. Exact same graph just plug in torque, cadence, cda etc.
A similar chart exists - you may be able to modify it to suite what you want.
On activity power screen go to the bottom, select ‘Charts’, press 
, search for torque
You select torque zone or torque curve
