I am new on Intervals.
I have created a planned workout and then, I downloaded the workout. But I can’t see the planned workout on the calendar. I can see 93% of compliance but not the workout.
Isn’t that because the completed workout is paired with the planned workout? It’s saying the panned workout had a load of 85…and your completed workout has a load of 79.

Maybe, is there an option to paired the planned workout with the done workout?
If you click the workout, you’ll see what was planned underneath the charts.
And at the very bottom of the workout details screen there’s an option to unpair the workout (in the Actions menu).
I have checked and the workout is well paired. The difference of the load one is the planned one and the other one is the TL of the done workout, this is normal I think. But that I would like to see is this, where I can see the intensity of each interval planned vs done:
but the only thing I can see is TLoad and the duration.
