Planned Rowing Activity

Would love to create a rowing workout based on similar intervals I use when creating in Concept 2. Politely requesting the ability to add intervals based on time/500m pace or periods ‘metres on’ ‘ rest interval’

Would love to see completed rows show 500m pace metric in addition to power.

I have creating workouts with pace targets on the todo list already (for running). That would probably work for rowing as well.
