Good day,
Are there Plan vs Actual milage (km) graphs available which I can view the compliance over a period of time.
And are there graphs or a table available showing the actual milage to date for the year vs the planned for the year to date? As well as the total milage planned for a period.
Thank you @Gerald.
Should I add a value for Target, assuming that it is not required for distance as it will pull through from the activities completed. The targets will differ from week to week, so how do I add values if I want to do it for each week?
Yes, each week has to be added manually, for now, for distance, duration, and load per sport.
These are planned values, and not necessarily “targets” to strive to achieve at all costs.
It will change, I guess, when the Annual Plan is available, allowing editing in an easier format. This is something I’m sure David is busy with, along with all the other changes.
@CoachJorrie
I only use load and duration, not distance on my chart. This chart is Target time vs Time in Zone (3)
Not directly tied to this requests, but I thought it was a bit on the same line, thus I have posted this here.
I am using the “Run Mileage” custom chart with a 7d moving total. It works great for completed runs, but it doesn’t include planned workouts - as the ACWR does (seen at the top).
Do you know if it possible to include planned workouts in a moving total calculation?
If you add the planned mileage in the weekly summary, as shown above, you use the field target distance for the future planned distance. It requires summing your workouts for each week.
For workouts, you cannot add distance in the workout builder, so target distance is the better option.
