Due to medical condition i can only do moderate efforts, zone 2 for the next month or so. 2 months into my plan with 10/13 hours per week spread between zones focusing on vo2max and sustainable power.
My aim, hope…, now is to attempt to keep the best part of the benefits I have noticed so that when I come out of this period things can pick up at a decent level. My idea was 10 hours zone 2 per week. Any ideas and recommendations? Any experiences of a similar nature? Thank you Tim

- Manon (GCN) is also doing a “zone 2 only” block. Looking at her Strava history, she is coming of a period of very low volume, if her data (or lack of) can be believed.
- Depending on the medical issue, it might be better to just ride without any obsession to hit certain targets.
