Period with only zone 2

Due to medical condition i can only do moderate efforts, zone 2 for the next month or so. 2 months into my plan with 10/13 hours per week spread between zones focusing on vo2max and sustainable power.
My aim, hope…, now is to attempt to keep the best part of the benefits I have noticed so that when I come out of this period things can pick up at a decent level. My idea was 10 hours zone 2 per week. Any ideas and recommendations? Any experiences of a similar nature? Thank you Tim

  2. Manon (GCN) is also doing a “zone 2 only” block. Looking at her Strava history, she is coming of a period of very low volume, if her data (or lack of) can be believed.
  3. Depending on the medical issue, it might be better to just ride without any obsession to hit certain targets.
