Password Reset Obligatory? Phishing atempt?

I received the below, and have never seen/ can’t find any reference to such messages: is it genuine?
If it’s true, how much grace time is given before having to reset passwords from the message being received?

I’ve never seen that in 2 yours subscription so i would not do it. Think it’s not legit!

That is the email sent when someone does “forgot password” on the login screen. If you didn’t do “forgot password” then maybe someone else did with your email. Nothing happens unless you click the “reset password” link so best to just ignore it.
