Option to see map in activities calendar and search

I may be misusing the app but I want to be able to search on rides I’ve already done to re ride or share the gpx file. I want to be able to search my activities by name, distance or location. And I’d like there to be an option to see a map of the route in the calendar so i can tell if it’s the one I’m looking for without having to go out of the calendar to check each one by clicking another link. It’s almost impossible to find. So, need a search, need a map, and and need an export (share) option for the gpx file.

Thanks

You can search (filter) on just about any parameter in the Activity List View. But AFAIK, there’s no option to show the map from the Calendar.

A thumbnail/preview of route would be very nice.
Similar to Strava Activity view

As MedTechCD says you can do this on the activity list view. Choose a date range and click the headers to sort the activities. Or click “All activities” to filter on many fields.

The search works on name and #tags and looks at all your activities not just the ones in the date range:

You can’t see a popup map (yet) or export a GPX. You can export a FIT file from the activity data page.

I have just added a popup map option to the activity list view. Just add “Map” as one of the columns. Click it to toggle map display for that activity.

And the same for the calendar. Click the chart icon.

Thank you, that’s great. Part of my search issue was that all my old data had not yet been added.

Love this option, thank you @david .
Would it be possible to have a similar pop up for comments on a workout? Having a pop up comment box would be very handy, especially if it was possible to adjust the size.
Cheers

It used to be a popup when hovering over the comment icon in the Calendar. Isn´t that working anymore?

Nope, just shows ‘Has Comments’.
It would be really helpful if a comment box popped up so you could read and respond to them without opening the full activity. Also, having a resizable or larger comment box than the one within the activity would be very helpful for when making longer comments.

My screenshot above shows what I get on hover (copied some random text in the comments section).
That is on desktop with Brave browser. Can’t get it to show anything on Android mobile (Brave also).

I have added a GPX file download option for any activity with GPS data:

This is also on the activity data page:

I made the GPX look like the ones Strava produces so hopefully it imports everywhere. I tested on Komoot.

Good idea. Tx. I will add that.
