Hi David and Intervals.icu team,
first of all, thank you so much for providing such a great platform!
Intervals.icu has helped me a lot to analyze and improve my training.
While working with my data, I recently tried to export a CSV file of one of my activities — specifically aiming to get all second-by-second data points (timestamps, heart rate, cadence, speed, power, etc.).
However, when I use the current “Download CSV” option on the activity overview, I noticed that the exported file only contains the summarized fields like average power, average cadence, total distance, etc.
→ The detailed time series data is not included .
I might have missed something — but after looking through the options, I could not find a way to download the full granular data (similar to what you would find when viewing the activity graphs).
Feature Request:
It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to export a complete CSV from the activity page,
including:
- Timestamp / elapsed time
- Power (W)
- Heart rate (bpm)
- Cadence (rpm)
- Speed (km/h)
- Elevation (if available)
Both for outdoor rides (with GPS) and indoor trainer sessions (no GPS but full sensor data).
Use case:
This would allow users like me to:
- Perform deeper offline analyses,
- Create custom reports,
- Or simply backup their raw training data.
Thanks again for all your great work — Intervals.icu is already an amazing tool, and this feature would make it even more powerful for data-focused athletes like myself.
