You could add a note, give it the swamp colour uses for illness and call it “flu” or whatever. The little dots on the curve for illness/injury work nicely if you also have notes.

I’ve just started using this feature.

1. dots in the lines are very hard to see

2. one day note does not show but it could as single line
   I had to put an gluteus one day injured as two days so I could visualize it.
   

   

3. as a new feature request: once we have the option to show or not show the notes, all of them ( injured, sick, etc) could “appear” as a single line ou range with a user define color.
   i.g. i had to put a one week vacation during holydays as Notes instead of “Holydays” otherwise it wouldn’t show up.
