Hi. So I am trying to import my HRV and sleep data from Samsung health into Intervals.icu, but I cant get it to sync up.
I have tried both “FitnessSyncer” and “Health Sync”, they both say sync has gone fine, but the data doesn’t show up anywhere in Intervals.icu. The only thing I seem to get is Steps.
I’ve added a picture of how it’s set up in the chart, but as you can see I only get “?”.
Can you set up Healthsync to synchronise with Samsung?
I have done so, but my information does not show up in intervals.icu

Samsung Health doesn’t allow partner apps (such as Health Sync) to read HRV data. But sleep data should sync to Intervals.icu. If this doesn’t happen, please contact us at info@appyhapps.nl then we can look into it.
That makes sense, thank you. Does Samsung Health share resting heart rate, because I am getting a resting HR reading in intervals, but it seems like it is taking if from my exercise, as it is really high.
Sadly, Samsung Health doesn’t allow to read resting heart rate. We will discuss some improvements for their API in the coming months with the Samsung Health develoment team.
Ok, thanks for the info. That sounds promising, it would be great if Samsung could improve their integration with partner apps.
I just switched from Garmin to Samsung and notice that resting HR IS actually present. HRV sadly missing though

Hi @Torben_Meldgaard Samsung still doesn’t support partner apps to read HRV data. We will contact our Samsung developer support contact and request an extension. But we don’t expect any change soon.
