Normalised Power, Timing & decoupling inconsistencies

That gives a csv file of the intervals averages).
I’m looking for second by second data like the gotoes.org gave me
Something like @app4g has in this post earlier in this thread

You can export the file as a TCX or GPX, then open in Excel as an XML table. You can get these files types from Strava and other device apps.

That sounds like what I want but I can’t find how export from intervals.icu as a tcx🙈
I think I’ve checked just about every page I can

I don’t think it’s possible from Intervals, but it is from Garmin and Strava.

Ah, I see.
I’ll look later online for an app that’ll do it.
I don’t use Strava for turbo sessions and don’t use Garmin. I have an Edge 500 but only use it a few times a year…
Thanks

Haven´t used it for a while, but isn´t the Streams CSV button what you need?

I was using the FitDSK to do that conversion…

java -jar ~/Downloads/FitSDKRelease_21.67.00/java/FitCSVTool.jar 829141822.fit
