Hello, can someone explane me why I doesn’t see the vo2max of cycling in my calender. Only when I run I see the number.
For cycling you will need to be using a Power Meter of some sort - or a Smart Trainer.
You are getting that from Garmin and it looks like Garmin is only supplying it when you have done a run. So maybe its a setting on your watch vs your cycling computer?
- Do you have a power meter?
- Are you doing at least 20 minutes of continuous high intensity?
- Have you set your maxHR in Garmin settings?
I don’t know what Garmin determines as high intensity, as they don’t show any value/%FTP on their website. I’m guessing a 20-min FTP (estimate) test would give you the value you are wanting.
The problem is that Intervals doesn’ttake the value from Garmin. In Garmin connect I see the Vo2max value (62) and a few weeks ago I saw that value in Intervals. The only thing what changed, is that I re-start running. I’m curious what the problem is.
It changed after a run, before I saw the value from cycling but, now I don’t see it anamore.
I have a powermeter. It stopped showing me the value after a run. Normally I only ride the bike.
