New Gen3 Oura ring sync issues

First off, thank you so much to the creators for offering such a great app for our use! I’ve only been using it for about 3 months now, but I love it!

My question is about information from my Oura ring. When I first began using Intervals.ICU my info seemed to sync up just fine daily. But a few weeks later, I upgraded to their newest generation of ring and my data no longer appears in Intervals.ICU. I have disconnected and reconnected my new ring several times with no change. Any thoughts on what may be happening? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Tx. I don’t know why but Oura is not sending me any sleep or readiness data for your account. My gen2 is working fine. Is it possible your gen3 data is going to a different account?

David, I did get this sorted out. It was an error on the Oura side, of course. I had to connect ICU to my correct Oura account, not old one. Thank you again for your fast and helpful response.

I have the same issue lately, I use the same Oura account with gen3, tryed to reconnect a few times but it’s no longer syncing dont know why

Could you please reconnect Intervals.icu to Oura. I want to see if anything shows up in the logs. Tx.
