Negative Threshold Training?

Where it shows the type of training you’ve done thus far during the week (polarized/threshold/pyramidal/etc), it shows that I’m negative-- as in -1.63 Threshold. I’m at 48% zone 1+2 and 52% zone 3+4 this week. I tried searching around but couldn’t find why there was a negative sign in front of it. Can someone please explain it to me? None of my prior weeks have had this, so I’m just wondering if I have something set up wrong with my HR or what.

I think Polarization Index added - #29 by runskbg may have your answer. That number is the “polarisation index” and negative seeeems to mean, reading the bottom comments, that you spent more time in high zones than in low zones?

(Or that Intervals.icu hasn’t properly figured out your zone boundaries?)

Awesome thanks! I checked out what you linked. I mean definitely could be the issue-- I did a 5 mile slow run on Monday, but today I did a 6.5 mile speed workout, so you’re probably right!
