Navigr8 integrates with Intervals.icu

Hi All,

I’m the developer behind the Navigr8 app (pronounced “Navi-Great” in case you were wondering).

Navigr8 is a tracker with a ton of features aimed at cycling enthusiasts like yourselves. It runs on Apple Watch and iPhone and we’ve just added support for automatically uploading your tracks to Intervals.icu!

I’d appreciate your feedback. Please tell me what features you’d like me to add in the future - especially concerning deeper integration with Intervals.

For more information on Navigr8 check out our website, or visit the App Store Product Page.

Cheers Phil

Sounds interesting, but what phones are you running this on? I think the battery on my SE is dying, but two weeks ago I put it in the pocket of my jersey fully charged, not tracking anything, just to have it with me in case I need it or want to take a picture, and 116km 2300m of elevation and around 6.5h later it was completely dead. With nothing running. I figured when I try and use that iPhone instead of my Wahoo ROAM V2 I probably won’t get anywhere as It’ll die a few km in?

We’re testing on a range of iPhone and Apple Watch models. I mostly use an iPhone Mini and Apple Watch Ultra. The iPhone Mini isn’t renowned for its battery life, but typically I get 5-6 hours running Navigr8 on my handlebars with my power meter, speed/cadence sensors, Varia radar, and heart rate from the watch. The Apple Watch lasts 10-12 hours!

It does sound like your SE needs a new battery. Despite this, you should still get a couple of hours of use, which is good for weekday training rides. For really long rides, I always take a small USB charger just in case my phone doesn’t make it. Of course, if you’re using one of the bigger iPhones in your back pocket, you can expect the battery to last considerably longer.
