MyWhoosh integration

That would make sense, thanks Gerald I’ll give it a try a give you an update :call_me_hand:

UPDATE: It works to leave out numbers from the headline of the workout part. Even if you put in a number, write more text, and a number again, MyWhoosh will read it as it was one single number consiting of two digits. For instance:

“Warm up 1st part 3x” would be read as: “13x”

Giving MyWhoosh a try this season - calendar sync works flawlessly.

EDIT: Duplicated by MyWhoosh integration - #60 by Mads_Vinther

Hi,
I’d like to report a bug that I reproduced and investigated today. I encountered it once before, but only now had time to verify the likely root cause.

The issue occurs when a workout step of type Repeat includes a number in its title. It looks like a regex or text-parsing rule may be extracting numbers from the title and stripping the remaining text.

Example from my workout (created by my coach, I attach only problematic part):

Powtórzenia siłowe/VO2 4x
40s 100–105% (315–330w) 55–65rpm (RPE 7–8)
20s 120–130% (378–409w) 90–110rpm (RPE 9–10)

In intervals.icu it renders correctly:

In MyWhoosh it gets parsed incorrectly (there is 173 intervals):

When I changed the title to remove the numeric pattern:

Powtórzenia siłowe/VOtwo 4x
40s 100–105% (315–330w) 55–65rpm (RPE 7–8)
20s 120–130% (378–409w) 90–110rpm (RPE 9–10)

the workout is rendered correctly in MyWhoosh:

It might be an issue on the MyWhoosh parsing side, but I can’t be sure which side is responsible, so I am just letting you know.

The problem also exists if a number in block title is followed by some letters e.g.:

Powtórzenia siłowe/VO2max 4x
40s 100–105% (315–330w) 55–65rpm (RPE 7–8)
20s 120–130% (378–409w) 90–110rpm (RPE 9–10)

Was already reported and the issue is at myWhoosh. They simply strip all non-numerical characters. Any number is retained no matter where it occurs on that line.

Sure, thanks, I tried to search for this issue but did not manage to find it on the forum.

No problem, I simply remembered a similar post and the response from @Gerald . With that knowledge, a search quickly returns the exact thread.

OK I evicted Strava from my data chain and connected MyWhoosh directly to Intervals. Hooray.

Is there a simple way to import all the existing activities from MyWhoosh automatically into intervals? There doesn’t seem to be an import button like we had with Strava.

Thanks to everyone who made this happen!

EDIT: Problem has been solved, mywhoosh took some time to update my ftp inside their app. Even if you put the specific watts on intervals icu calendar, it will not work on mywhoosh because it converts them to % numbers thats why they wouldn’t match initially

mywhoosh isnt showing the watts right, I have the ftp same here and on mywhoosh app.

I even manually typed in the watts first but it shows as something else in their app.

I suspect its more of mywhoosh issue because they are trying to limit how people edit their workouts or something. It might have broken it?

No simple way, other than to download your activities (one by one) from the website, then manually upload.

Hey, I’m new to mywhoosh and would love to use my intervals.icu plan. For cycling everything works fine but for running it doesn’t work. Can anyone tell me if this is a mywhoosh or intervals.icu issue?
