Does anyone know if there’s a way to sync my planned workouts from mywhoosh to intervals? So far it seems I can only do it from intervals to mywhoosh, but not the other way round.

I’m also unable to see my MyWhoosh training plan in Interval.icu. According update permissions we could think yes.

@david Sync planning MyWhoosh => Interval.icu is supported or it’s only Interval.icu => MyWhoosh

Thanks

I’m taking advantage of this topic on MyWhoosh to find out if I’m the only one having major problems measuring watts in MyWhoosh. There is a huge jump in watt measurement. In other words, at constant effort (and slope and cadence of course), watts oscillate by +/- 20w. This is particularly annoying in Training mode, because the ERG mode doesn’t know how to react.

Could be that your trainer is not officially supported? On the website is a list of supported devices. If not I’d send an email to MyWhoosh’s support.

I don’t see any issues like this but you do see similar issues for others.

Thanks James for your reply!
I have a Tacx Neo, so it’s a supported device. I will send an email to MyWhoosh’s support

workouts do work, but i noticed that i have to specify the power in %, thats synced correct or correct displayed at mw.
eg “-10m 280W” works not in mw, you have to write “-10m 95%”

Works perfectly for me; I don’t have to change anything in my workouts in the Intervals calendar, and syncs to Zwift, MyWhoosh and my Garmin effortlessly. Workouts are a mix of a range of power as well as fixed (and always written in % format).

Everything works great. One thing missing on my workout is the target rpm/cadence in whoosh.
This is the workout syntax in intervals.icu i use. The whoosh workout builder has rpm’s. Any idea’s?

  • 3m 85% (195w) 60rpm
  • 2m 100% (230w) 100rpm
  • 3m 55% (126w) 85rpm

upload workout trough the calendar:

when i use MyWhoosh Workout Editor and import ICU .zwo to the workout I get the rpm.

I dont know if im the only one, but for me, ramps dont work. I mean, when i do a warmup, it directly sets an average between the minimun through the maximum amd stay that way instead of progressively getting harder in ERG mode. I have a Wahoo Kickr and never have an issue.

Hoi Fran is that solved in 2025?

 Finally - this saves my indoor season!

That workaround on TrainingPeaks was really annoying.

Have you tried using the MyWhoosh Workout Builder?
As easy as exporting the .zwo from Intervals, and importing it into the workout builder.
Add you cadence, and push to your MyWhoosh account.

New to both intervals.icu and mywoosh but anyone else having issues where only a select few days are pushed through to mywoosh? I had Tuesday-Saturday pushed, but not sunday or any of the following weeks.

Not sure why Sunday wouldn’t work, but Intervals only pushes workouts for the next 7 days. This applies to other platforms too, and not only MyWhoosh.

But Intervals.icu already syncs most parts of the training automatically with mywoosh.
We just need to ask mywoosh to add support for RPM, ramps, etc…

I am not sure whether I missed the latest status.
But is sync of the planned workouts from mywoosh to intervals now working?

Hi everyone.

I am having issues with the workout in Mywhoosh when it’s being imported from Intervals.

The screenshot and picture show what the workout looks like in Intervals. When it is imported to MyWhoosh, there are way more sets than planned.

Have any of you experienced that, and do you have a fix for it?

Thanks for Intervals.icu. love it

Looks to me, like the warmup 2 5x is being read as 25x

Try take out the 2 and just use the warmup 5x
See if that makes a difference.
