MyWhoosh data not working anymore

MyWhoosh integration was great … until yesterday,
but was broken by the latest mywhoosh update.

The power data is not imported into Intervals anymore,
neither from direct connection between the two programs nor by manually exporting/importing the activity from mywhoosh.

EDIT: heart rate data is fine, instead

Manually exporting from mywhoosh used to generate a ~100kb .fit
Since the 5.3 update it creates a ~1Mb .gpx

I guess that the data fields interpreted by intervals need to be changed a bit.
Manually importing the mywhoosh .gpx into golden cheetah shows the correct power data.

Thanks for looking into this.

I got this email from MW release.
You should uninstall and reinstall MyWhoosh app.

Thanks WIlson75, but that is a different issue.

There are three, likely separate, problems linked to the mywhoosh update(s).

1- The workouts and more did not work correctly inside mywhoosh after the update. This can be solved by a clean install of mywhoosh as indicated in your message.
It does not affect Intervals

2- The connection between mywhoosh and Strava can be affected by the update. I had to re-establish the connection, for instance. Other users reported similar issues. My connection to Intervals was not interrupted, instead.
Again, this is not related to the problem reported in the original message.
After the update, the mywoosh activities went automatically into Intervals as before, but the power data is not available anymore.

3- The data imported into Intervals from Mywhoosh, either automatically or manually, is not complete anymore.
Power data is present in the file from mywhoosh, since goldencheeatah can interpret it, but it is not displayed (correctly) in Intervals, at least for me.
As additional information, the files exported from mywhoosh changed from .fit to .gpx, and also became larger in size.

Hi Luca

Did you find a fix for this? I have the same issue. Strava and Golden Cheetah reads the power data.

My workaround right now is to export a .fit from Golden Cheetah, and then upload it manually to Garmin Connect, which then syncs to Intervals. I could upload it directly to Intervals as well I guess, but I want my training in Garmin Connect too.

Any solutions?

The data is correctly uploaded now, for me.
No action required, the activity is automatically uploaded after it is finished in mywhoosh.

I thought they had fixed it in intervals.
