Long-time lurker, first time posting a project here.
I’ve been working in my spare time on MyRunningDashboard ( myrunningdashboard.com ) — a running data history analytics layer that grew out of my own 13 years of training data. It’s now in open beta with around 250 testers, mostly UK club runners ( including Highgate Harriers, Dulwich Runners, Herne Hill Harriers, Wimbledon Windmilers ) plus a growing Swedish cohort.
A few things that might interest this forum specifically:
- Mainly power anchored fitness, not just HR-derived. Power derived from GPS data and weight under the bonnet where no reliable Stryd data exists. HR data used alongside when present and trusted.
- The headline Relative Fitness Level ( RFL ) % metric reflects your current capability vs historical peak.
- CTL/ATL/TSB headlines on the standard Banister model
- Race predictions for all distances anchored on peak Critical Power and Riegel estimates
- Time Machine — rewind the whole dashboard (fitness, predictions, PBs, training zones, route maps, race debriefs) to any date in your history, not just today
- Race debriefs and daily summaries
- Can add upcoming race info to the dashboard, even GPX files to get more accurate predictions
- Power of 10 integration option
- Age grade tables for 2025 fully integrated
- Weather data and rolling acclimatization model built in
Intervals.icu is actually one of the two current ways in, alongside Strava. For Garmin/Stryd/Coros athletes it’s the bridge that gets me proper power and wellness data without routing everything through Strava. Been genuinely grateful for how open the API is, wanted to say that here rather than just quietly using it.
Free beta stage, browser-based, no app yet (works fine on mobile browser though). A queue system will kick in if demand comes too fast for Strava integration - an API limit increase is being sought ). Intervals.icu-only sign-ups currently go straight through, no queue at all. You can also manually drop in Strava/Garmin history or wellness data files once up and running.
