Hi,
I’m trying to make my calories upload to intervals.icu (I’ve tried it a year ago with no succes)
What I did and my setup:
-Garmin watch and MFP on my phone
-MFP syncs to Garmin correctly
-intervals.icu graph shows nothing (tried changing source to garmin etc.
If anyone knows how to make it work please help.
I tried to upload manually calories from a csv file with no success. If anyone knows/uses that/knows how to make it simple please help.
Feature request:
- please make it possible to upload a MFP nutrition csv file (without major editing of the file itself) exporting from MFP is easy (best would be to make intervals.icu read a dropbox folder for a MFP file)
- please add possibility to get fat, carbs, protein info from that file as graph plots
- dividing the meals as by MFP would be perfect but not so important (and can be messy bc you can add extra meals category in MFP)
My idea is to have a calories graph with weight (nice when trying to get lighter) with a graph of protein to track them (not to loose muscles) and carbs to match them with harder workouts
I can manualy upload a csv file from MFP once a week/month (via dropbox for example) but just gave up on editing the file (and don’t know how)
Garmin sync would be perfect but again I can upload my file just if anyone know how to make it as easy as possible.
Maybe there is way to make the upload process like giving possibility to choose column number meaning:
I check nutrition upload (as a source on a graph nutrition plot) and can choose a column number in my csv file for that, and then chose carbs and again just chose a column in my csv file to upload
/trying to fing the easiest way to implement that
So to sum up evrything:
Is it possible that on a graph I can add nutrition/fat/carbs/protein and as a source give a MFP file from a folder (dropbox or not) with a possibility to just chose a corresponding column in that csv file?
something like
nutrition Source (csv file) Column 5
fats Source (csv file) Column 9
Thanks
