How can I “force sync” from Strava?
It synced the same activity from an app, and kept the activity title from the activity in Strava. Could it be that it was overwritten?
Yes generally uploading or otherwise syncing an activity will delete the matching Strava one. On the calendar page click “Options” and tick the “Show deleted activities” box. The Strava one should show up and you can click it to undelete.
