Intervals.icu now supports workouts with steps in multiple languages. The athlete’s language is used to select the text when viewing, uploading to Garmin/Suunto etc…
sorry, i report here a question that i ask in another topic but without answer:
Is it correct that if an athlete is set to HR/power/pace for workouts and i build a workout with
“10m Z1” the builder refers to power zones instead HR? Does the HR needs to be specified always?
