.mrc export absolute watts v percentage ftp [Solved]

I have built several workouts and stored them in the workout library.
I build the workouts using absolute watts as opposed to % ftp.
So for example I have a ramp test built -
3 mins at x watts
3 mins at y watts
3 mins at z watts
and so on so forth.
When I export this as a .mrc to transfer to the Wahoo Bolt, it doesn’t transfer the absolute watts, but instead takes the watts I have set and changes those to a percentage of FTP.
Does anyone know a way I can get these onto my Wahoo with absolute watts instead of percentage of ftp?
The course data in the .mrc file itself shows the absolute watts.

If you download an ERG file you will get absolute watts. As far as I am aware an MRC file is supposed to use % of FTP.

Ah. Excellent. You have the .fit files set now also to show absolute power so thanks for that
