I have data files from +10 years recorded with several devices across brands. There is only one place I consistently kept record and that is WKO5. I find myself not using it for what I want to I want to switch over to Intervals.icu as I really like the interface.
But … you hear me coming … I’ve searched a lot but does not seem to find a way to import all my WKO files into Intervals.
Somebody an idea ow how to export from WKO? Even TrainingPeaks keeps spinning around in their answers.
All your WKO files are stored on your local computer.
Click on the gear icon on/above the hero bar, then see where you files are located.
It will be your name, and then the year in the subfolder.
You can export/save the workout/file as original fit format but I can’t see that it’s possible to highlight and download in bulk. I haven’t needed to download in bulk, but I have managed to retrieve an original file that was deleted in Garmin Connect (by mistake).
Thanks Gerald. Indeed I did found that folder but no luck yet for the bulk solution.
I count over 2.000 files I can export it as .fit file from within WKO so there must be some storage inside WKO of the .fit file. I can’t believe exporting is doing something with an .wko file so it become a .fit file again.
