Hi @david,
I have the following request, which would make comparing different interval types within the same workout over time so much more time-efficient. As you accumulate lots of workouts of the same type over time, it’s very time-consuming to mark all intervals from the same type to compare the data you want to compare across different activities. See the following example:
I am running a VO2max type interval session on a weekly basis consisting of a 200m fast float recovery (named 200m Float) and then alternating between 400m fast and 200m fast float recovery (named 400m Work) and a 1.5k lactic power test at the end of the 5k interval part (after a complete rest period).
What I want to do know is to hit a menu that drops down the different available interval types (they have to be the same obviously for every workout, which would be 200m Float, 400m Work and 1.5k Lactic Power in this case) (could be located in the black circle at the top left), from which I could then choose the interval type that I want to compare across all chosen workouts in the compare activities menu. This would be super, super helpful and time-efficient if I want to compare the latest workout against all the past workouts to get a grasp on my latest and current performance and over time to gauge the efficacy of the workout.
Now it’s becoming ever more tedious with every new workout, because I have to manually select all the different intervals for every workout.
Let me know if I am overlooking a way with which this is already possible. Otherwise I would highly appreciate an integration. Thank you so much!
Cheers
