I’ve added Additional capability when using the Intervals.icu activity edits. YOu can now selectively sync edits back to Garmin Connect.

BreakAway: Indoor Training - Uploading Completed Workouts to Garmin Connect

Newer Version is now updated with additional Garmin Connect Capability. Completed Activity Names will no longer be a Garmin provided default. It will now be the same name as your completed activity.
