It seems that some power data are missing from my Zwift workout. I synched the workout from strava and even though the power data is correctly displayed in Strava and Zwift, my workout displays a red line at some points.
There’s a “raw power” chart available. Can you see the data there?
I’ve gotten that before when it’s misattributed that spot as a power spike because either the threshold is too low or the ftp figure is out of whack. You see how it says at the bottom left there: “Power spikes of 20% of more…”, if you click on that it will let you change the power spike threshold for that activity and if you set the percentage higher it should switch the red line back into your power data.
@Chris is correct. You actually have a bunch of activities with “power spikes”. You can see the orange bolt on the calendar:
And the note under the chart:
In your case I think your FTP is set way too low. I set the power spike detection on your FTP test activity (16th Feb) to 99 to turn it off and your eFTP comes out at 225w from 29m at 231w. So way higher than the 170w you have set.
I suggest using the “Edit” button on the calendar page toolbar to set your FTP for your existing activities to at least 220w. This will probably sort out the spike clipping.
