I’ve been using itervals.icu for a while and especially the fitness tab has been very helpful. Since March 8th the HRV data hasn’t updated though. Is there a way I can check if the problem is in my end or somewhere else?
Sleep duration is updating correctly and I think resting HR is OK too (it’s been constant since the 8th but could be just random chance). I’m using a Polar watch and I’ve tried to sync with both Flow app and FlowSync. The data seems to be OK in Polar’s systems.
Disable all eventual other sources for restinghr and hrv. They could overwrite the ones you get from Polar.
And check your connection to Polar from the settings page.
