I am looking for a way to (theoretically) calculate someone’s actual Aerobic capacity.
I am aware that there are tests to measure someone’s Aerobic Threshold (AeT) but that is the practical way of doing it. I am looking for a theoretical indicator, so no need for tests.
I was thinking about something like the 180 days EMA of all hours spend in HR Z1+2.
Anyone any other suggestions?
