Is it possible to merge Wahoo workouts with existing Garmin activities similar to how it works with Garmin and Strava (so that an activity that is recorded twice is only linked but only taken from the prioritized source)?

In a word, no.
If you’ve two uploads from the same activity recorded on two different devices you will have to delete one on Intervals
wht he said and… intervals will not auto-delete stuffs. Users get mad…
I guess David can create somewhere there if 2 activities are uploaded, one is “hidden and ignored” but is still available. (just can’t be seen by the user - but I think this might also create loads of support requests)

Intervals.icu supports activity type filtering for both Garmin and Wahoo so you could just choose to only download rides or whatever from one of them.

Interesting… I guess this is not going to work if both devices used to record are Garmins or Wahoo etc?

I usually use both devices to record the activity, however, sometimes one device fails (or e.g. fails to connect to the HR or power meter).
I tried using the import constrained to only one day, but that somehow failed and then I manually had to remove half a year of bike rides … (imported from wahoo).
