[SOLVED] Measure TSB absolute or percent of CTL

Hello, I need your help. I’ve been looking at the parameter settings and I’ve seen that the TSB can be set to absolute value or percent of fitness. In the application it says that it is better to put it in percentage, I have it in absolute values and if I change it to percentage, I am left with almost the entire curve in red.
What’s the right way?
