In some instances, it seems like I can’t read chat messages and or athletes comments and have the platform remove the green notifications. Put it simply, some chat randomly can’t “mark as read”.
Can it be a browser problem?
Any tips ?

Supposedly this is fixed now but it is hard to know for sure. Please make sure you are on Version
2024-11-10 14:22:04 or newer on the /settings page when testing.

Thanks for looking into this. I’m indeed on that version, but it seems it did not fixed the issues on my end. Let me know if I can do anything to try and troubleshoot this further. It seems that replying to those “unread” message marked them down as read so thats an easy solution for me.
Not a huge deal, but so many athletes having used my linked to created their interval accounts, makes it that I had a few “unread” messages.

I have the same problem. Only when I reply under an activity to a comment does the unread message counter disappear.
