Major mismatch in Zone 2 Load between power HR and Pace

Both zones are at MyProCoach settings. Although I have tried with multiple methods. Is this expected?

Hmm. The HR load is calculated differently depending on the selected athlete. You are set to use HRSS so the load depends on your resting HR, LTHR and max HR. It is quite sensitive to resting HR so might be quite different to the power load. The power load only uses the athletes FTP so might be a bit more stable. Both are heavily influenced by how “Z2” or whatever is setup for the athlete.

I know my FTP is in the ball park but in my case Z1 HR produces a lot of Z2 power time.

For cycling, would be better to use the option “Time in HR Zones” and adjust the Z1 up limit up?
