Lost all my activities after subscription cancelation

I canceled my subscription yesterday and today all my activities are gone! (my subscription does not expire until 25 May 2026). I have tried to resync Garmin and Strava with no success. Anyone know what’s going on?

Did you disconnect your connections? Strava forces to delete all intervals if connection is revoked. Garmin historical fetches are limited.
I doubt that activities are deleted just by cancelling the subscription.

Here’s what happened in chronological order:
I canceled my subscription yesterday
Noticed all my activities vanished from intervals today, except for one ride on 15 Apr 2025
disconnected Garmin connect
reconnected Garmin connect
still no activities except 15 apr 2025 ride

you do not use/connect Strava?

Can you go Options → show deleted?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have Garmin connect and Strava connected. Those are the only two.

when I run a search for activities, I can see previous indoor and outdoor rides so it appears correct. thanks for that. they are not showing in my calendar or being used to calculate fitness, power, etc. example, I can search for and find my morning ride today. but my calendar is still empty. my fitness chart on the fitness page is blank. searching…

after I burrowed into my morning ride details via the search you recommended, the ride now shows up in my calendar. it’s the only one..

when I refresh my browser, the activity disappears from my calendar again.

I can see lots of activities on your calendar and your fitness chart has data. Cancelling your subscription doesn’t do anything to your data. Make sure you do not have a filter active:

Also try switch to the activity list view.

You could also try a different browser. Intervals.icu sends a lot of data back from the server via websockets, and if something is interfering with that the app will function but you won’t see your stuff.
