I’m not the developer. It’s still in testing, so I’m looking for honest feedback on what’s useful and what’s confusing.

I think asking to have a phone call with people before signing up is a huge ask and will be a barrier for most.
I can meet all the critera but imho as you are here asking in writing, then that courtesy needs to be extended to signees. Just write a brief questionairre.
In this day and age no one is going to be - or should be! - handing over personal details for calls with unknowns. fyi only a brief voice snippet recorded is enough to allow AI voice impersonation. Given how easy it is to fake callerID you see the problem if people hand out voice imprints willy nilly.
You’re right, and thank you for saying it. I’ve dropped the call requirement, it’s a short written questionnaire and no phone number needed. If you’re still up for it, i’ve updated the form!
