"load" from spin bike?

I posted a ride on Oct 6 from a spin bike. It captured power, but Intervals.icu isn’t showing a “load” for the ride. Is there anything I can do about this?

Something broke during processing and the power curves and so on were not generated. I fixed it by clicking “Sync with Strava”.
