Link to Lose it! App

Is there a way to connect Intervals to a calorie counting app, such as “Lose it” without having to pay for a premium Lose It account?

Habe searched for this topic and it’s not listed as an app/website that can be connected.

Happy New Year and thanks

I see they have an API so you could build an automation using their API and the Intervals.icu API e.g. to update calories consumed per day in Intervals.icu or something.

Interesting Link, tho at the very bottom there is this statement.

Personal Access

At this time, we are not able to grant access to individuals who are seeking access to their logging data, however, we hope to expand access to the Lose It! API in the future. To download daily/weekly reports of your personal Lose It! logging data, check out this help center article.

Thank you both.

My wife has started using a free version of the app. She inputs her calroies consumed and wven though she is.on Strava she has to manually input additional calories used.

I have an Android phone so wont be able to export a log as highlighted by @app4g

There may be other calorie counting apps that are easier to link. I shall have to research a bit further…

I would love to get Cronometer data in but not “gifted” in that area (APIs). Great app that has macro and micro (BCAA) nutrients even in the free version.

I see cronometer has sync w/ Garmin. Doesn’t Cronometer → Garmin → Intervals.icu work?

It only imports health metrics and activities from Garmin. Everyone is in bed with MFP and it sucks. Cronometer only uses nutritional data not user input with errors.
