Hi @Rick, I see that there was an activity on may 10th that synced from Intervals to LeCoach but it came to us via Intervals with source = Strava. All your other recent activities did not have source Strava and synced normally. Are you missing other activities from this weekend or only the one from the 10th?
Strava forbids Intervals to share activities that they see as ‘their’ activities with 3rd party platforms such as LeCoach. That is why Intervals and LeCoach recommend to always send the activities to Intervals directly via the source (garmin, wahoo etc) by connecting those to Intervals.
Here is the support article we wrote about that: Activities (from Strava) are not showing up in LeCoach.
For now:
- On Intervals.icu make sure to connect every single platform you use (Garmin, Zwift, MyWhoosh etc) and select ‘Download activities’. Don’t worry about duplicates, Intervals will take care of it.
- Once you have for example Garmin or Zwift connected, also press the ‘Download old data’ button to Download old activities, wellness or workouts. These activities will now appear on LeCoach when you do a full re-sync.
- According to Intervals you can also leave Strava on for ‘Download activities’ but if you never actually record via Strava as your primary source you could also consider turning this off.
- Finally, go back to LeCoach and perform a Full Intervals Sync on your Settings page.
Last resort: import everything
If any historic activities are still missing after following the steps above, you can download your raw data from Strava and import in Intervals. Instructions are here. After you’ve done perform a Full Intervals Sync again in LeCoach.
@stiege34 i have sent you a dm. Could you let me know (in dm) what the email is you used to sign up with lecoach? And also, if perhaps your activity also has Strava as source. This can happen if you either recorder the activity via Strava but also if you recorded for example with Garmin or Wahoo, have that activity sync to Strava and then have Strava connected to Intervals so the activity comes to Intervals with Strava as source.
