More and more athletes are using Blood Lactate Testing, LT1, LT2 and more to define their workout zones, would it make sense to implement it as well in here?
I just did some testing myself, besides the testing itself interesting is also the interpretation of such results, found a page which does it: ExPhysLab.

There is support for lactate threshold zones in Intervals:
Just set your lactate threshold HR and select Joel Friel Running or another LTHR based zone system from PRESETS.
And manually change Z2 upper limit to LT1HR, I can add.
