We use the manual activity upload endpoint. But all i can see there is ‘kg_lifted’ but no way to recorde the sets and reps, so we put it in the notes. Which is basically also sort of okay, but if there is a recommended other way, i’d like to use that ?

That’s basically what I do.
- Strong app to track weight/sets/reps, while also recording HR on separate iPhone app (Polar Beat or Wahoo).
- Use RunGap to push HR recording to Garmin, and Garmin syncs to Intervals/Strava/TrainingPeaks.
- Back in Strong app I tap share and copy to clipboard.
- Paste in intervals.
- Finally Intervals tap RPE to track that.
Takes about 1 minute after training session.
