Scenario:
Monday - fitness = 80
Tuesday AM fitness = 78
Tuesday PM you ride, fitness goes to 81
Looking back, you’ll see your fitness score go from 80 to 81, but no indication of how much the ride contributed.
Is it possible to see this?

The formula used is:
Today’s Fitness = Yesterday’s Fitness + (Today’s Load - Yesterday’s Fitness)/Time Constant
The time constant is set, as default, to 42 days.
Thanks Gerald, but I’d appreciate seeing how many points a particular ride adds, from the score earlier that day, not the previous day
Today’s load would be 0 before you ride, so just plug that into the formula.
You can also temporarily set the load from one of those activities to 0 to check what it did to the Fitness curve. It’s easy to set it back correctly because all different loads are indicated.
The simple math is that a particular ride adds the load from that ride divided by 42.
If you don’t ride
Today’s Fitness = Yesterday’s Fitness - Yesterday’s Fitness/Time Constant
If you do ride
Today’s Fitness = Yesterday’s Fitness + (Today’s Load - Yesterday’s Fitness)/Time Constant
The difference
Yesterday’s Fitness + (Today’s Load - Yesterday’s Fitness)/Time Constant - Yesterday’s Fitness + Yesterday’s Fitness/Time Constant
Which results in
Today’s Load/Time Constant
