Hello,
my Intervals’ power is way lower that on every other site on every ride with power on (indoor and indoor). Activities are uploaded automatically with Garmin. However I tried to deconnect/reconnect Garmin, uploaded manually the .FIT file but nothing works except recreating a brand new account and uploading the file is the only way I can have the correct power. I guess it is maybe some acccount related settings which are making the power wrong.

You haven’t set your FTP or you’ve set it way too low. All the red flat lines mean that those values are being detected as ‘spikes’.
Set your FTP correctly and eventually raise the spike detection threshold to 80%.

Then re-analyse the activity.
@MedTechCD
It works thank you, but there are still these red lines during sprints even when PowerSpikes% is set to 999%.
Your first screenshot implicates an FTP set to a ridiculously low value of 63W. If the 1408W sprint Power is ‘real’, your FTP is probably well over 200W, maybe even around 300W. Set it correctly if you know it and re-analyse the activity. Actions - Analyse.
