Iv recently discovered that Zepp can communicate all the raw data the watch has to intervals but the metrics just don’t update automatically. I need to go to the website intervals and “download old data” manually. The permissions are all okay and the activities move over just fine. But stuff like sleep quality, steps, RHR and rMSSD don’t update unless I do it manually.
There are two scenarios here, one being the daily update of your metrics, and the other being historical data.
Are you asking for help on why it’s not syncing today’s values or yesterday and older?
