For the past couple of weeks, essentially ever since I became a paid subscriber to intervals.icu, the main site will not load on Safari when using my Mac mini. I am using Safari version 18.2 (20620.1.16.11.8), and the current OS is Sequoia version 15.2. It opens, loads and functions just fine when using Safari on my iPad and iPhone. Given it is much faster to build my workouts and more using my desktop, hoping this hiccup can be solved in short order. Thanks.
You’re not showing up as a paid subscriber either. You sure the payment went through? That shouldn’t make a difference to the browser issue though.
interesting; when i check my profile (on a device where safari loads the site), i show up with a subscriber purple star + can confirm payment was processed on 17 june.
The forum update to add supporter is sometimes unreliable, we are looking into that.
Please try apple key - R to reload Intervals.icu on your Mac mini. If that doesn’t work try an incognito window or Chrome. Tx.
I had previously tried refresh with no success; however, just tried in a private/incognito and the full site loads + permits me to log in. thank you.
Current Safari is 18.5 and Sequoia latest is 15.5, so your mini is a little behind.
I’m also running Intervals on an old 2016 MacBook Pro which is stuck at macOS Monterey 12.7.6 and older Safari 17.6.
If it was me, I’d update the mini to the latest macOS/Safari, or perhaps first go to Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data and search for intervals and delete just the Intervals cookies.
