Intervals-icu-sync - an open system to connect GenAI tools with your training data

The new “training readiness” as part of work_summary is explained in Training Readiness Traffic Light — Five Signals One Color · Training Architect

Now available: Use the “curated dataset” without the hassle of setting up a MCP server connection: Use Any GenAI Coach Without MCP · Training Architect

Hi Robert,
I noticed that my curated dataset does not include my race event from Intervals.icu.
I have Road Classic Ještěd on 19 Sep 2026 marked as RACE_A in Intervals.icu, but Training Architect does not seem to pass this event into the coaching dataset.
As a result, the generated weekly plan treats 19 Sep as a normal training day and even creates a race-specific workout instead of tapering toward the actual race.
Is there currently a way to include Intervals.icu race events / race priority in the curated dataset, or add a race manually in Training Architect?

Thank you

Zdeněk

Hi Zdeněk, you are right, that was missing. I changed this: intervals-icu-sync/CHANGELOG.md at main · rbrands/intervals-icu-sync

In planned_workouts planned races are now included. coach_logic is adapted accordingly.

There is an update for the “training readiness” in the dataset and in training-architect.com: If a workout’s training load (TSS) is more then 50% above your current fitness (CTL), the training is marked as “hard”. See Training Readiness Traffic Light — Five Signals One Color · Training Architect and TSS, CTL, ATL and Form (TSB) — the Numbers Behind the Performance Chart · Training Architect for details.
