I like to occasionally download archives of all online services that I use that allow it. E.g., every couple of months I download the Strava archive and stash it away. I’d like to do the same with intervals.icu. The underlying activity data is mostly from Strava, but there are chats, comments, various interval selections, workouts library, etc. that I’d like to keep a copy of. Is there a way to download everything from my account and I just missed it? Thanks!
You can download all fit files using the list view. Select the date range, pencil icon, and download.
You can download the library, but per plan/folder, and a zip folder with file formats as .erg, .zwo, .fit, .mrc, etc. Select the plan, then use the dropdown on top of the pop menu, then select download.
And you can also download the Wellness metrics
It’s not a ‘One click’ action, but you can get just about anything.
Thanks, I completely forgot that wellness and activity data is available. Could be that it’s semi-automated/download through my Excel power query.
Thanks for the pointers, but I think you’ve kind of made my point for me That is, it is possible to download a bunch of the data but it is a multi-step process with multiple files to download and therefore it’s easy to forget something.
Are chats exported anywhere?
I’d love a single download that just includes it all.
Thanks again.
